1. Consultation
Meet consultant during inital site assessment. Discuss expectations, wants, needs, dreams. Establish budget range. Establish design timeline.
2. Design
Home visit, where we measure and start drawings. Schematic design review, with layout options, 3D renderings. Get your feedback for final custom layout. Review final tailored layout, scope of work, contract, construction pricing & timeline.
3. Build
Finalize design & approval of material selection. Preconstruction meeting to discuss project logistics and daily schedule. Floor, wall, dust protection and daily cleaning. Construction and installation, finish trim, painting. Completion, 'word-of-mouth' referrals.
